After many long, hard days putting their noses to the customer service grindstone, our team likes to have fun from time to time. Who doesn’t, right? Most recently, our crack team of people-helpers got together on two separate occasions to celebrate the most sincere love of all: the love of food!

The first day, aptly named “Chips & Dips Day,” gave our crew an opportunity to bring in some delicious dips for chip-consuming. “Everyone brought their favorite dips,” says our customer service guru Gittel, “from french onion to homemade vegan queso dip and everything in between.” With about ten different spreads, customer service snacked for 40 minutes on the flavorful variety, and one stood tall above the others: Jason’s homemade queso dip!

Soon after, customer service had a second day of celebratory reckoning, challenging each member of the team to bring in their favorite (or most under-appreciated) soda for “Soda Day!” (We’re really clever with the names here.) Like Chips & Dips Day, Soda Day was a chance for our customer service team to bring in a swig of themselves — we had your classic Coca-Colas, some different varieties of other popular brands like Schweppes, and a few hipster sodas you’ve probably never heard of.

Both days were a massive success in the customer service department — because, really, how could a day devoted to eating chips & dips or drinking your favorite soda fail?

That’s right, it can’t. Unless you have terrible dips or something, in which case you’ve got a much bigger problem on your hands.
